Recovery Lead Network Coach

Project: Cheshire East

Working for Emerging Futures requires people who share our belief in the inherent capacity and potential of all individuals and that empowering individuals to support each other leads to positive change; not only for themselves, but also for their communities. We believe that everyone has the potential to grow and learn and achieve the best they can in everything they do. It takes courage and commitment to change so we want to inspire you and those you work with to pursue their recovery goals with passion and vigour.

Across Cheshire East, Emerging Futures is responsible for the delivery of CGL’s dynamic community based rehabilitation and harm reduction programme that supports individuals towards recovery, increased resilience and wellbeing with the goal of living successful and fulfilling lives free of addiction. We will also be supporting individuals and families through their specialist recovery and family coaching models.

You will manage a team that delivers a community-based rehabilitation programme that supports individuals towards developing resilience, wellbeing and the capacity to live successful and fulfilling lives free of addiction. As well as managing a team of Network Coaches and Group Workers, you will be training and supporting non paid staff to deliver Foundations of Change, Grow and Life in a manner that shows fidelity to the original model. You will also be responsible supporting families of loved ones affected by addiction through the provision of Family Coaches to support and empower those individuals.

The adverts close on Monday 14th January 2019. Please send all application forms to chris.hirst@emergingfutures.org.uk . Interviews to take place on Tuesday 29th January 2019.
