Recovery Network Coach

Project: Cheshire East

Working for Emerging Futures requires people who share our belief in the inherent capacity and potential of all individuals and that empowering individuals to support each other leads to positive change; not only for themselves, but also for their communities. We believe that everyone has the potential to grow and learn and achieve the best they can in everything they do. It takes courage and commitment to change so we want to inspire you and those you work with to pursue their recovery goals with passion and vigour.

Across Cheshire East, Emerging Futures is responsible for the delivery of CGL’s dynamic community based rehabilitation and harm reduction programme that supports individuals towards recovery, increased resilience and wellbeing with the goal of living successful and fulfilling lives free of addiction. We will also be supporting individuals and families through their specialist recovery and family coaching models.

You will recruit, train and support a team of Recovery Coaches, Family Coaches and non-paid staff to deliver their own recovery and support groups, provide 1-1 support to others seeking recovery and be the visible element of recovery in CGL bases and community venues across the county. You will also be responsible for encouraging family members and loved ones to support themselves via our specialist Family Coaching model. As network coach you will also have responsibility of the recruitment, supervision, and deployment of generic volunteers supporting CGL case coordinators assisting SU’s to navigate through the treatment system.
