We provide staged accommodation support to empower and encourage people with a range of housing needs to achieve independence. Support is tailored to the specific requirements of people with complex needs, including drugs and alcohol, involvement in the criminal justice system and homelessness.
We work with people who are street homeless and those who are stable and abstinent, offering a person-centred and strengths-based approach to meeting their needs. The service is commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council and provided from 17 units in Hatfield, nine units in Watford and four units in Broxbourne.
Our floating support service helps people living independently or in community settings to sustain their accommodation and avoid eviction or homelessness.
We provide safe and supportive homes for people moving through recovery towards independent living.
