Housing

We provide staged accommodation support to empower and encourage people with a range of housing needs to achieve independence. Support is tailored to the specific requirements of people with complex needs, including drugs and alcohol, involvement in the criminal justice system and homelessness.

We work with people who are street homeless and those who are stable and abstinent, offering a person-centred and strengths-based approach to meeting their needs. The service is commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council and consists of 24 units in Hatfield and four units in Watford. We also provide detox housing which is supported by Change Grow Live clinical involvement.

We work in partnership with The Living Room and Change Grow Live to support individuals across the county to sustain their tenancies, access support and rebuild their relationships with family and the local community.

Our floating support service helps people living independently or in community settings to sustain their accommodation and avoid eviction or homelessness.

Our criminal justice team works in prisons to prepare people for release and resettlement, including meeting individuals at the gate on their release date.
