Providing strong, visible leadership and direct line management to the team delivering our housing contracts, you will contribute to the service development incorporating a psychologically informed environment as well as managing a team of Housing Support Workers.
You will work closely with partner organisations, health services, adult social care, police, and education/training providers to explore and develop opportunities for Recovery and Family Coaches to develop or support opportunities locally.
You will also support the development of integrated, recovery infrastructures that engage, support, and navigate individuals from addiction and vulnerability to established recovery in the community with sustainable alternatives to drug/alcohol misuse and crime.
