With more than 35 years’ experience in senior strategic roles within complex and highly regulated organisations, Fiona brings extensive expertise in finance, governance, risk management, strategy and organisational transformation.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with executive teams and boards to develop long-term strategies, oversee significant investment decisions, manage organisational risk and deliver sustainable improvements.
Fiona is particularly motivated by Emerging Futures’ commitment to supporting people experiencing homelessness, addiction, offending histories and other complex challenges. Having seen the significant impact addiction can have on individuals and those around them, she is passionate about the importance of compassionate and sustained support in helping people create positive change in their lives.
Fiona lives in Bristol and enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
