Assistant Director of Supported Housing

Laurel began her career as a Supported Housing Officer working in homelessness hostels in the Midlands. Since then, she has worked across charities large and small, specialising in supported housing for people experiencing multiple and complex needs and substance use, specialist women’s services and domestic abuse refuges for women and children.

Combining frontline experience with a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver safe, effective and compassionate services, Laurel believes effective systems should give people the clarity, confidence and space to focus on what matters most: the people we are here to support.

Laurel values collaboration, practical problem-solving and creating environments where colleagues feel safe and empowered to do their best work.
