Sarah Spinetti

Trustee for Emerging Futures

Sarah has spent almost 30 years working across social care and international development, in the UK and abroad. She is currently Director of Services at Centre 404, a London based charity supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, where she leads on strategy and impact, governance, safeguarding, and business development.

Her career began working in community development across South America, the Middle East and Italy, including supporting women and children who had experienced domestic violence and working alongside refugee communities, before she relocated to the UK and moved into senior operational leadership in the voluntary sector. Since then she has led major service transformations, negotiated multi-million-pound contracts, and worked closely with boards and commissioners to keep services financially sustainable without losing sight of the people they exist for.
