Daley manages Emerging Futures projects across the South, including Hertfordshire and Sussex, delivering housing‑related support to people who need it most. Daley joined Emerging Futures in 2019, initially working within Hertfordshire‑commissioned services and playing a key role in their development through collaborative working.
With experience spanning young people’s services, leaving care, employment, training, education, homelessness and housing since the early 2000s, Daley brings a strong understanding of the challenges people face at key transition points in their lives.
Daley is passionate about creating environments where individuals are supported to make their own choices, with the voice of the person at the centre of their support. He believes this approach is essential to empowering people to move towards positive change and improved life chances.
