Hayden Duncan has worked in the substance misuse sector for over 20 years in both operational and strategic roles. His 10 years with the National Treatment Agency and Public Health England included secondments and placements with the Home Office and Prison Service. He has worked with a range of individuals and organisations dedicated to improving health and wellbeing and extensively with local and national government, NHS providers, commissioners and the voluntary sector.
