Janice qualified as an economics graduate and subsequently as a post-graduate social worker. She has a breadth and depth of experience across social housing, health and social care. Having progressed from clinical practice into management, she has held CEO roles in the not-for-profit sector since 2000. Janice’s last roles were with Mind, the leading mental health charity.
Janice brings clinical, organisational development and business skills to Thrive Social Housing. She has successfully led several charity turnarounds and mergers in the sector. It is important to Janice to make a difference to people at the margins of our communities by delivering services which develop independence, confidence, opportunity and brighter futures.
